It’s pretty…oh so pretty. And I certainly can’t argue with the recommendation to eat colorful fruits and vegetables, which are indeed rich in vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. But I would suggest getting those nutrients from, you know, actual fruits and vegetables, not from a processed snack food. For example, the first four ingredients in Plum Organics Super Purples Blueberry & Purple Sweet Potato Super Puffs (whew!) are organic rice flour, organic whole oat flour, organic dried cane syrup, and organic brown rice flour. Only then do we get the organic blueberry powder, which may well so dilute that it’s little more than flavoring.
